Registration Guidelines

The registration to the conference must be performed by filling the online form prior to proceed to the payment.
If you already have an account for this site (for example if you submitted a contribution), please use the same credentials.

Fees and Deadline - in person participation

Conference fee includes:

- Conference material;
- A USB memory stick with the Conference Proceedings;
- Welcome Reception at the Town Hall of Caen (Wednesday, September 01 at 19h30);
- Coffee breaks and lunches at the Conference Center;
- Gala Dinner;
- Visit of the old city-center of Caen (Thursday September 2nd in the afternoon);
- Visit of the Mont Saint Michel and its abbey, one of the first UNESCO's " World Heritage sites "  (8h - 17h) (Saturday September 4);
- Free acces to the satelitte event (but registration is required).

Accompanying person fee includes:

- Welcome Reception at the Town Hall of Caen;
- Gala Dinner;
- Visit of the old city-center of Caen;
- Visit of the Mont Saint Michel and its abbey, one of the first UNESCO's "World Heritage sites".

Social events highlighted in italic format will be proposed only if the sanitary conditions will permit.
